SleepKit Terms and Conditions

By downloading or using SleepKit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Using SleepKit

SleepKit gives you a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial use. Please do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, rent, sell, or misuse the app, or interfere with its operation or other people's use of it.

Apple Health and your data

Some features require your permission to read data from Apple Health. You control that permission through Apple's system settings and may revoke it at any time. SleepKit may show incomplete or unavailable results if you do not grant access or if Apple Health does not contain the relevant data.

Wellness, not medical advice

SleepKit is designed for general wellness and personal information. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or monitor a disease or medical condition. Do not use SleepKit as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Speak with a qualified healthcare professional about questions or concerns regarding your health or sleep.

Friends

Friends is optional. If you choose to create a profile or connect with someone, you are responsible for the display name, photo, and invitations you share. Do not use Friends to harass, impersonate, threaten, or violate another person's privacy. You can turn sharing off, remove a connection, or delete your Friends account in the app.

Subscriptions

SleepKit may offer optional paid subscriptions or trials. Prices, trial terms, renewal period, and what is included are shown before you confirm a purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown by Apple. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings.

Purchases, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's applicable terms. If you reinstall the app or move to a new device, use the app's Restore Purchases option if necessary.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of SleepKit. We aim to keep the app available and useful, but do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, operating-system version, or Apple Health data source.

Intellectual property

SleepKit and its content, design, software, and branding are owned by SleepKit or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not give you ownership of any part of the app.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SleepKit is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the app's information. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of SleepKit. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights available to you under applicable consumer law.

Our handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as SleepKit changes. The updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Your continued use of SleepKit after that date means you accept the updated terms.
